It contains specialists covering engineering disciplines, sustainability, digital engineering, contamination and environmental services. The team supports all aspects of Funds Management, Asset Management, Development, Project Management and Delivery product lines of Lendlease’s operations in Australia. Its objective is to drive enhanced consistency, certainty and competitive advantage whilst mitigating technical risk, leading in sustainability and improving quality and safety in Lendlease's end to end operations.

Established a supply chain management function to drive improved procurement strategies, competitiveness, risk management, innovation, material compliance and transparency across the $4billion of annual procurement activity of the Building Business. Established supply chain partnerships in multiple high spend categories that ensured consistency and improved efficiencies for project teams.Consistently delivered savings equivalent to 12% improvement in profitability for the Building BusinessRepositioned the Lendlease Solar Business, withdrawing from the residential market and managing considerable risks in disposing of excess equipment

Management of Lend Lease’s UK PPP (Public Private Partnerships) Business. This business managed the full development, financing, construction, ownership and operation of property and infrastructure assets including hospitals, schools, energy from waste and waste treatment plants. It owned a portfolio of 22 assets (more than £2.4 billion development value) and provided the full range of asset and facility management services through an in house capability. The business had a staff of 700 people - 600 in the asset and facilities management area and 100 in the development and construction services area.

Management of Lendlease’s Australian Infrastructure Business. This business was involved in the delivery of project management and construction management services to Australian based infrastructure clients (predominantly Government Authorities). Key areas of focus were major rail, power and port infrastructure projects.

Full P&L responsibility for the New Zealand construction operations of Lendlease. This business had an annual turnover of around $150 million, and a staff of around 100 people. It had a significant pipeline of large design and construct projects covering hospitals, aged care, infrastructure (water & waste water plants) and residential developments.
