NuvoSun manufactures high-efficiency thin film CIGSManage and direct all research experiments and volume manufacturing related activities in both the pilot plating and the high volume plating lines. Collaborate with research scientists and equipment engineering groups to transfer plating technologies from laboratory to roll-to-roll volume manufacturing.

Ultracell is a start-up company that manufactures green technology. My product is a fuel cell that delivers a niche solution to the US military, extended portable power. I am a "hands-on engineer" with many responsibilities that include but not limited to: manufacturing engineer, laser process engineer, quick turn and prototyping, facilities engineer, and safety engineer. Past experience is 15 years of manufacturing and process development in the hard drive industry with an additional 5 years in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Develop, document, sustain, and optimize multiple Nickel Plate Polish (NPP) manufacturing processes in a high volume production environment. Supervise engineers and technicians. Collaborate with suppliers to meet technology demands and reduce costs.

Supervised a team of four engineers in Pilot Line 300mm MD equipment builds for Endura platforms.Interfaced with Design Engineering and Integration to ensure a smooth transition from pilot line to high volume manufacturing. Troubleshoot assembly and design issues.Performed DFM, Oracle ECO process BOMs, write SOE documentation and analyze cost.Coordinated module outsourcing plans and drive shorter material lead times by working with vendors and suppliers.
