Gary Thurman, LS has joined the firm to manage our Towson, MD office and oversee all of our Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, West Virginia, and District of Columbia projects. MA Engineering Consultants, Inc. has provided Civil Engineering and Geomatics services throughout the Southeast since 1992. We have worked on Maryland projects for MDOT, MTA, BWI, USACE Baltimore District and the private sector. Our new location will allow us to focus on serving our new and existing clients in a more responsive way. Mr. Thurman has managed survey projects for the following clients: MSHA/MDOT, MDTA, MPA, MAA, MTA, DGS, DC WASA, WSSC, DDOT, DelDOT, DRBA, US Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore, New York, Europe and Philadelphia Districts, US Coast Guard, NAVFAC, US Air Force, and the University System of Maryland. MAEC is certified as a DBE/MBE small business in SAM and with multiple state and local agencies in the Mid-Atlantic Region including MDOT, the City of Baltimore, and the City of Philadelphia.
