Working as part of the Service and Support function, I was responsible for accurate service and rental billing to accounts assigned to me which included key accounts from various sectors. My key objective was to provide invoicing that met both customer and business needs and to ensure that all of my customers had a consistent and positive experience of Canon for the duration of their contracts. I was able to translate my high technical knowledge and business awareness into specific billing designs for customers to meet specific needs.I was responsible for creating, amending and invoicing service and rental contracts, tasks included discussing billing requirements with customers, resolving invoice disputes and updating information. Also required to manage the re-site and collection of machines as well as following the appropriate termination processes.I had to be highly customer focused and detail oriented in order to resolve complex queries and provide customers with alternative billing solutions. I used my strong communication skills to understand issues and find ways to exceed expectations both internally and externally in a proactive way.
