- Agree key areas of performance and measurement to be achieved within the current budget.
- Assist in building roles and responsibilities to support service and contract achievement.
- Ensure any vacancies are actioned by the relevant field/area manager in a timely manner to ensure maximum coverage/turnover. Recruit against profile, bringing the best people into the business.
- Capture national results and reports against KPI’s offering substantiation of performance and recommendations for future improvements and next steps.
- Evaluates all available data (Market, Channel, Fascia, Brand, etc.) to provide relevant insight to drive the client performance
