Analysing complex situations to develop appropriate strategies and then executing these via client and partner interaction, and working within high performing teams.My key roles have been aligned with these motivations.Joined the IBM Consulting Group at its inception and developed with the organisation to manage specific service lines within UK and Europe. I was a core team member of the IBM Global Enterprise Systems Management Community of Practice that drove strategic services direction.I moved to IBM Strategic Outsourcing as a Business Development Executive as IBM focused on a more consultative approach to strategic engagements. I carried on this work at Wipro as part of their Global Programs Team and enhanced my experience via the use of Global Sourcing Strategies. An opportunity then arose to join Unit4 Business Software as they transformed their business to a tier 1 provider of business solutions. The role gave me the opportunity to shape new strategies and support significant growth both directly with customers and with large System Integration Partners. I then joined SAP to focus on HANA and how that can enable the development of smarter cities and improve the citizen environment.In last few years I joined Brathay Trust which is a charitable organisation focused on developing people and organisations. My role will focus on understanding the market, our objectives, and growing the business so as to support our charitable activities.I have now decided to take a breather and spend some time at home with my family
