Gary has more than twenty-five years consulting and executive management experience in both the public and private sector environments. He has extensive experience as a Project and Transformation Director in organisational review, major organisational change and improvement, service delivery, commercial operations and corporate and shared services.In addition to his consultancy experience, Gary has held management positions at State and National levels in ICT in the private sector, as well as that of Executive Director and Deputy Director-General in the Queensland Public Service.In recent years Gary has worked extensively within the Health environment including the establishment of Children's Health Queensland, the build and establishment of the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital, the restructure of statewide ICT for Queensland Health and operational improvement projects for the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
