CurrentManaged teams of between 3-7 people to pursue and capture projects for a successful NYC-based MEP Engineering firm generating approximately $65 million in revenue annually:- Created and developed proposals for building projects in multiple industry sectors including federal, state and local governments, corporate headquarters, office interiors, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, education, cultural, etc.- Developed marketing materials to support business development efforts including online and print as well as social media.- Worked with company principals to develop project fees.- Created document templates and boilerplate to assist engineering staff in preparing proposals- Trained engineering staff in proposal processes and educated technical staff in business development practices- Interfaced with clients and potential clients to determine project requirements and alternative service solutions- Provided a focal point for communication between engineering staff and marketing personnel
