Direct management of six Supervisors and including 70 Lift Stations, Biosolids Management, Effluent Reuse, Laboratory, Industrial Waste, Collection and Distribution, inflow-infiltration elimination, regulatory compliance, short and long-term planning, budgetary compliance, training and safety programs and quality employee relations. Actively supports and implements all City programs, policies and procedures. Including management of new treatment plant construction and the installation, replacement and repair of all underground water utilities. Under my management the City’s Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants and Operators have received numerous awards. Duties also included; reviewing all plans for new development, overseeing all new development construction and preparing all operating permitting for treatment plants including the consumptive use permits.
