Lead Engineering Technician serving as an on shift technical leader in the Remote Operations Center (ROC) for 4 linked factories and supports functions associated with all production movement for all processes at Intel Arizona OTF. Responsible for developing and maintaining 24x7 support for Intel Business Continuity with 'Work from Home' Systems for Intel OTF Manufacturing and Remote Training for Manufacturing Systems.Other roles include: Act as an escalation path for workstation troubleshooting with regards to product not moving in a timely manner, tool errors not fully understood, ROC systems not functioning correctly.Identify and resolve operational misses and losses in the factories, troubleshooting static inventory, automation issues and production system issues, to help during emergency events, develop systems to improve safety, quality and output execution in the ROC. To support functional modules qualify tools to bring to the ROC.
