Provided Civil and Structural Engineering services to FFSPaducah, an entity of Fluor Corporation, for the Department of Energy. Supported Project Management, Operations and Maintenance, so they may perform their task orders. Performed investigation and evaluations of roofs, water treatment basins, foundation and slab support, roof drainage systems, steel structures, stairs and tanks demolition.Provided structural engineering support to the Mod Managers for them to achieve their goals relative to cell treatment, e.g. pipe supports, forklift de-rating charts, cut and cap pipe supports, special equipment design, etc. Other responsibilities was assisting in selection of tie-off points for fall protection and designing temporary support structures.
