CurrentSenior Test Analyst 2006 - present Deliver and maintain software upgrades for testing Asset Finance systems ALFA (CHP consulting) & CALMS (White Clarke Group). An environments specialist, managing the testing needs across over 20 test environments. Achievements• Lead role managing testing of multiple releases of application code. The typical timetable includes analysis and preparation for an 8-10 week User Acceptance Testing period (testing 6-10 projects and 30-50 smaller ‘production fixes’ over a number of test cycles) followed by regression testing, systems performance testing and delivery planning. Managing up to 40 test resources in each release. Key deliverables include Test Strategy; Test Plan; Test Completion Report; and interim reporting before and after regular project meetings. Role also includes Defect Management and ownership of defects through to resolution. • Responsible for the investigation and successful deployment of Test Director and Quality Centre (QC). This included analysis, design, documentation and training of colleagues and business users. Use of QC is now the defacto standard and compulsory for application developments and system upgrades. • Supported the team delivering company wide PC Operating System upgrades with responsibility for driving the resolution of issues identified during User Acceptance Testing. • Spent up to 50% of time for 12 months supporting the Security team delivering & processing requests for access to multiple applications.• Successfully project managed an office move for 42 people.
