Field Operations Manager, duties include:- Lias with the P&W lift services contractors’ field and project managers to programme our operatives site attendance.- Prepare quotations for the required operatives labour, travel and other expenses, negations are agreed where required.- Submit invoices for the completed works- Schedule a weekly programme of daily tasks, allocating the required operatives to each task.- Managing the P&W operatives, informing them of their place of work and travel arrangements and allocated hours to be recorded.- Collect the operatives monthly timesheets, following my examination and authorisation they are then processed for payment by the P&W directors.- Managing the business’ fleet of light goods vehicles
