Responsible for maintaining sale goals and oversee thirty employees. Providing new clients through cold calling, managing client relations around the southeast region, responsible for interviewing, counseling, and terminating staff in the sales and marketing department. Maintain daily reports for sale goals, staff scheduling, and plan, develop and supervise daily activities. Plan, develop and maintain improving clients satisfaction scores, oversee all marketing including site signage, and project management, buyout of all materials, managing supply ordering.

Bridgeport Texas

Responsible for running test, repairs and routine servicing on equipment in the shop and the field along with helping generate business to increase revenue through sales of Weatherford products and services. Test and maintain equipment in the shop and field area, provide onsite labor when needed, perform maintenance and repairs on owned and rental equipment in field area, assist in time, cost, and labor estimates for job assignments, recommend measures to improve methods, performance and quality to increase efficiency. Complete job reports in a timely manner, assist in shop and make deliveries when available.

Managing supply ordering, buyout of concrete, sand, and other materials.
