I have spent most of my life in a very successful patent and transactional law practice which followed from my time at MIT (PhD) and Harvard Law. It is now time for me to change careers, and in the process, to find an enterprise that has the vision to see what I can contribute, how I can perform and teach, and why they should hire someone who may not fit into an already created square hole. I am a very fast learner and trust that I can contribute substantially to the continued success of any company. I have been involved in numerous technologies, albeit usually on “paper,” and had the need to understand what was happening at a very detailed level. I have also followed ventures (clients) through from beginning to end. In the process, I have had to be creative, thoughtful, persuasive and successful. I have also worked with joint venture partnerships.I have also spent substantial time evaluating client situations, and strategizing and analyzing data from a business perspective. In the process, I was effectively marketing and evaluating processes for making a company more effective in its attack of the marketplace.
