This activity was part of a financial turnaround team for Dura’s lead seat track manufacturing facility going from a $17M loss to breakeven within nine months.Launched the Lear WIN126 (Windstar minivan) complete seat track program at Dura’s lead seating manufacturing facility ($42M revenue). The Windstar complete seat track program was the largest program in the history of Excel Industries. Redesigned, engineered and validated Lear GMX130 (Grand Am) Seat Tracks & Recliners ($11M revenue).Engineered, designed and managed the program management activities for the GMT800 (C/K) Rear Sliding Window ($10M revenue).Managed glass hardware assembly operations at Excel in Toledo, OH.
