Hands-on Technical Lead creating greenfield Data Platform and Marketing Technology stacks. We built a Data Platform consisting of a number of Kubernetes micro-services using Apache Kafka, Java, Python and Airflow - all deployed using numerous Amazon AWS services and processing in excess of 50M events per hour. We built a Marketing Technologies stack consisting of Salesforce, Adobe Experience Toolset and Gigya.Working at C-level directly with the CTO, CIO and CDO, I was responsible for all aspects of technical delivery, planning, quality assurance, compliance and architecture. The agile project picked up on and fixed several existing issues with delivery and compliance and since delivery has not had any significant issues reported.

Technical Team Lead of Verify Europe. The Verify programme is a new system dealing with all aspects of Identification and Access Management (IAM) across UK and Europe. When complete the Verify system will be the largest identification system in the world. It is anticipated the US will use Verify in the future.All European governments will need to join the programme and be able to confirm identities for all European people by September 2018. The UK will need to use Verify irrespective of brexit. The private sector, including banks and credit reference agencies will use Verify.
