The Supply Chain Integrator integrates cluster’s products supply/ demand balances, optimizes products supply economics and maximize integrated Enterprise value. This role is responsible for products stocks and working capital management in the supply chain whilst meeting service level objectives. Responsible for the supply chain planning processes from short-term to annual business plans, including the Supply performance appraisal. Manages the supply working interfaces with the Classes of Business (COBs) and plays a key role in driving the local S&OP process.Maximizes Enterprise Integrated Value through:- Drive robust and accurate demand forecast and demand management process- Understanding of system length/shorts, pricing, qualities, Supply chain capabilities and constraints, trends in freight tariffs, etc. - Product optimization– integrates supply optionalities from Shell refineries/ affiliates, and trading or local 3rd parties via Contract Negotiation team, to derive buy/sell tactics - Management of spot / marginal barrels /discretionary volumes through COBs partners, Trading (per standard pricing); to 3rd parties/Spot trading via Contract Negotiation team.- Conduct End-to-End margins analysis and drive product sales to the maximum value channels taking into account changing market environment & supply costs.

The Envelope Planner contributes to S&OP Step 3 Supply Planning process by generating economically optimized Envelope supply / demand balance and supply plan for months M+1 to M+3 which maximizes integrated margin and minimizing of supply costs. The Envelope Planner works collaboratively with multiple supply interfaces and integrates input ranging from demand /production/ pricing/contract options/ transportation/costs, update these in an integrated Envelope Optimisation model to generate base plan and optimised cases.
