Thirty years of experience policing the community of Essex in a number of different roles which concluded in June 2024. I served in uniform, in detective and intelligence roles, and also delivered training. Promotion to Sergent and Temporary Inspector opportunities culminated in the operational delivery of an innovative policing response for victims and survivors of domestic abuse, before retiring from the service.
