Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Inspector General of the Marine Corps (IGMC) and the IGMC staff assisting in the promotion of Marine Corps combat readiness, integrity, efficiency, effectiveness, and credibility through impartial and independent inspections, assessments, inquiries, and investigations.

Assisted and advised the Branch Head for Manpower Management Enlisted Assignments, Headquarters Marine Corps in the management of four subordinate staff agencies comprising 110 hand selected persons in the personnel management of 183,000 persons for Marine Corps world-wide assignments, retention, promotions, education, and retirement. In addition, briefed numerous Marine Corps commands, staffs, and senior enlisted advisors of the functions, procedures, and policies regarding Marine Corps assignments, retention and personnel management.
