 Primary role was to develop and update financial model used by Senior Management to communicate expectations of the company’s growth to sell side analysts. The financial model included all operating and financial metrics for a 10 year period. Annual revenue was 350 million. Required special expertise to incorporate all facets of the company’s wireless business metrics. Worked closely with every department manager to ensure accuracy in the operating and financial model key metrics referenced by the President in external company communications. Competitive analysis of other Sprint affiliates’ key metrics to determine if consolidation was warranted. Key member of team that evaluated and acquired Sprint affiliate in Fresno, California.

 Reviewed and coordinated all month end closing procedures for international operations. Worked closely with international CFO and country controllers to prepare monthly reporting packages for 8 subsidiaries based in Europe.
