Testing remotely with vendor technicians and end-users was part of my everyday responsibilities. Monitoring the network for any circuit or device alarms reported in the Cisco and Ciena alarm browsers, scheduling service maintenance, updating all DISA databases with new circuit information and documentation of circuit alt-routes as well as trouble shooting while documenting trouble tickets in the Remedy ticket system was also part of my everyday job duties. I worked closely with our customers, the MDA (Missile Defense Agency), to ensure their circuits are always stable and running error-free.
