It is only by training for this environment that I could develop myself to prepare my team for what might be expected from them. I want to have people who are 10's and so I need to be an 11 for myself. I understood that leadership training is important because it results in fewer mistakes and produces a better final product. If you want the best for yourself and your organisation then you have to give your best to those around you.
