Gary has extensive experience in the retail business including five years at the Gymboree Corporation, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board, 2 years as the head of Savers, Inc. and a 20-year career with Dayton Hudson, owners of Target and Mervyn's stores. He has also previously served on the boards of the March of Dimes and K.I.D.S. (Kids in Distressed Situations), National Retail Federation, and is an alumnus of the Henry Crown Fellowship program at the Aspen Institute.Always a forward-thinker ready to take on new and interesting leadership roles, much of Gary's professional passion has and continues to be found in applying his unique retail expertise to business modelsin need of renewed vigor and special turnarounds, and evolving current business models to become even more successful through unexpected and fresh approaches.Gary currently resides in Rancho Mirage, CA with his wife, Linda.
