Responsible for managing the overall functioning of the store and taking care of the day to day operations and ensuring maximum profitability which also include: -• Effective functioning of the store• Delegate responsibilities• Meeting targets and earning incentives • Maintaining overall image of the store. It is my duty to sensibly display the merchandise so that it immediately catches the attention of the customers according to head office standards.• Store meets the expectations of the customers and lives up to its predefined brand image and is kept clean • Shelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves• Merchandise & assist in preparing promotional materials and displays• The store is well lit, ventilated and offers a positive ambience to the customers• Customers feel safe and comfortable in the store making sure that the customer leaves with a pleasant smile •Deal with customer queries and complaints• Managing the assets of the store - security and safety. •Ensure sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being “out of stock” (head office assist here).• Myself & my colleague are responsible for planning, managing profit & loss, handling cash and collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports.• Liaising with head office

• Welcomes customers by greeting them• Serves customers by helping with artwork and designs for signage• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting various options for vinyl cutters, digital printing, engraving and hardware accessories suitable for customer needs• Advises customers by providing information on options for their design and signage products• Helping the customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions• Prepare product material for delivery• Install machines and equipment• Conduct maintenance on machines• Involved in making sales for finished product/design/signage etc

Responsible for general maintenance and assistance supporting the smooth running of the reserve infrastructure including: -•Lodges and staff camps, all mechanical, electrical, water and heating systems, air conditioning, refrigeration and related equipment• Filmed footage for website• Ensured well running of webcam footage• Transport Guests for animal interaction at site spottings and wherever needed• Barman - Social & Entertainment and ensuring guests are well looked after at all times
