Responsible for providing commercial support to a key customer ITO/ BPO account. A key member of the Partnership Team and account Senior Management Team, the role involves negotiation with the customer and third party suppliers on new business and contract amendments within the account and to provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders on financial exposure and contractual risk.
