I also provide 1-2-1 coaching for senior managers to improve performance, behaviours and culture.Since starting with DPD, I have led on 2 major UK wide training projects, "Project Embrace" - a communication & engagement initiative that involved designing and delivering training to more than 500 managers UK wide.
