The audited financial statement becomes a major part of the due diligence reliance performed by Monitise, which resulted to the acquisition announcement on March 26th 2012. • Implemented stock-based compensation (FAS123R) and related assumptions for grants since 2006, FIN48 on income taxes, Preferred Stock classification and related accretion calculation, Warrant accounting and related fair value calculation, Section 382 limitation review for NOL, Capitalized software cost evaluation (FAS86 or ASC 985-20-25) and evaluation of other tax exposures.• A major team member to provide documentation supports for the two due diligences (one completed by Monitise in March 2012 and another one by a new financial institution for a new term loan in February 2012). -
