Senior Master Sergeant Gary A. Woo is the United States Air Force International Enlisted Engagement Manager for the Deputy Under Secretary for the Air Force, International Affairs (SAF/IA) and the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force and Chief Master Sergeant of the Space Force. As such, he supports collaboration with partner enlisted forces to strengthen relationships and further partner nation Enlisted Force Development. He also serves as Senior Enlisted Leader to SAF/IA, supporting talent management initiatives for USAF International Enlisted Airmen.Sergeant Woo hails from Nashville, Tennessee and enlisted in the Air Force in February 2006. After completion of Basic Military Training and Loadmaster Initial Qualification training in July 2006, he has served in various positions at the squadron, group, and wing level. His experiences include deployments in support of numerous contingency, humanitarian, and combat operations in Europe, Africa, Southwest Asia, and the Pacific and Antarctic regions.Prior to assuming his current assignment, he served as Squadron Senior Enlisted Leader, 15th Airlift Squadron, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina.
