•Register and provide general counselling services and EMDR therapy under NDIS, Medicare, Workcover and private health insurances.•Provide caring and quality support coordination and therapeutic support to people with disability and mental health issues with the NDIS provider registration. • Provide evidence-based, strengths-based and solution-focused counselling services to people in need, including young people and/or their family members. • Provide general counselling services to people with relationship issues, including couples and families. • Provide customer-focused educational and coaching workshops for young people and their parents. • Provide one contacting hub for all allied health professionals.• All the services can be provided by English, Mandarin or Cantonese and other languages.

• Undertake comprehensive specialist disability assessments and develop individualised plans for clients living with a disability who have moderate to complex support needs and their families and carers within an inter-disciplinary environment, including clinical case management. • Using collaborative practice and person-centred approach work with people with a disability, their families, carers and other agencies to implement intervention plans within agreed timeframes. • Monitor, evaluate and review individual intervention plans and programs against the person’s needs and goals according to current disability service standards. • Facilitate the provision of specialist disability information to families, carers, staff and other government and non-government agencies.• Develop, implement and review training programs for families, carers, staff and other government and non-government agencies. • Participate in training and professional development activities to maintain and develop competencies to ensure that service delivery is of high quality and consistent with current trends and departmental objectives with a focus on continuous improvement. • Maintain client records consistent with departmental and legislative requirements.• Prepare high-quality reports and undertake assessments within specified time frames and in line with relevant practice and procedures.• Actively identify opportunities for improving local client service.• Provide mentoring to others in the development of their practice.

• Collaborate with International Student Hub team to deliver quality social support to international students. • Establish and maintain processes to ensure quality and consistency of MDA volunteers • Organise promotional events to recruit volunteers;• Lead on volunteer and CSW interviews including establishing interview panels, creating/updating questions and assessments tools as well as managing interview logistics;• Oversee the organization and facilitation of volunteer and CSW get-togethers, celebrations, peer supervision workshops and professional development events;• Provide input into the creative design of the volunteer program and its operational plan;• Collaborate with MDA’s HR team and the Volunteer and CSW Operations Worker to advertise and recruit CSWs and volunteers for specific skills and experience;• Liaise with key stakeholders across MDA to determine CSW and volunteer needs, to develop volunteer roles and position descriptions and to ensure CSWs and volunteers are properly supported in their work;• Contribute to the business development and marketing strategy of the fee for service cultural consultancy work;• Operationalise the cultural consultancy business model to roll it out with a marketing campaign to elicit new business and maintain operational processes;• Research and co-develop fee-for-service programs.
