• In charge of designing and implementing the Schlumberger Russia 5-year growth strategy, which resulted in a 5x growth from 2003 – 2008.• Strategic implementation encompassed a broad range of both Organic and Inorganic growth initiatives including operational and logistical efficiencies, research, engineering, manufacturing, training and personnel development, and mergers & acquisitions.• Designed multi-company branding strategy and ‘House of Brands’ organizational structure to allow for rapid, low visibility transactions and transparent integrations. The goal of the integration process was to retain as much of the original company’s drive and entrepreneurship, while still exploiting the advantages and efficiencies of being part of a larger group of companies.• Managed the acquisition of seven different companies in a 4-year period valued at >$1B. A total of 13 discrete transactions.• Organized the full spectrum M&A process from target selection, initial contact, due diligence, sales purchase and shareholder agreements, and post-transaction integrations.• Designed and implemented the post-transaction integration of over 10,000 employees and the associated back office systems distributed in over 15 different locations.• Filtered and researched over 200 companies as acquisition targets.
