Current responsibilities include testing and integration of proprietary software architectures involving unit and system level testing ranging across hardware such as modems, antenna, and line replaceable units.Previous responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance, in-house support of multiple departments, field support of multiple mapping applications such as iXplor 1.0, iXplor 2.0,Voyager 2D, Voyager 3D, Betria 3D Flight. My work environment is extremely fast paced where multitasking, time management, and organization are pertinent skills. I work on multiple different priority based and time sensitives projects. Time frames for these projects range anywhere from a few hours and to multiple weeks, many of which provide 0 day aware time.In-house and field support consists of troubleshooting Panasonic Avionics, In Flight Entertainment systems ranging from and not limited to the following:~IFE database configuration~mysql/sqlite analyzation~network traffic review~log reviews~ARINC/Linux traffic analizationI am familiar with many of the different types of Panasonic's IFE systems such as S3K/S3Ki/DMPES/eFX/eX1/eXW/eX2/eX3/eXO/eXO Experience and capable of configuring the hardware, install the software, and generating the configuration database through PAC's proprietary web based database maintenance tool (wDBMT).I have written and posted many documents on PAC's internal web site (Confluence) regarding the following:PRODUCTS/APPLICATIONS~iXplor 1.0~iXplor 2.0~Voyager 2D~Voyager 3D~dspStreamer~dspSwitch~IFAPI (In-Flight API) (AKA known as map images to Personal Electronic Devices; PEDS)
