Contracted directly with the governing board to oversee the coordination of a 36,000 sq.ft. construction project in Huron Township, Ohio. Responsibilities included vision casting/ communicating of project goals to stakeholders. Coordinate public relations and communications with local news media. Assist in capital building campaign. Help research and assess property acquisition, represent the board in zoning discussions and other business matters. To retain and assist the coordination of architect and building contractor. HHCC was one of only 14 facilities in the State of Ohio to receive a deficiency free inspection during the first year of the initial OBRA state/federal reguatory reform in the 1980s.
