My background in the wireless industry began in 1992, just after completing my ASE certification in the automotive industry. Telesales and installation of mobile phones jump-started me into this ever-changing industry and have provided a solid foundation. Having a background as a former Car Phone Store, now known as a Wireless Zone employee, and then a franchisee for seven years helped me develop/ deliver and continuously update an onboarding training program for new Franchisees prior to the opening, along with new hire programs, manager certifications, and sales certifications. In my current role, I continue to stay in touch with sales associates and franchisees. My background and continuous interactions with our stores have helped me learn more about the management of people, inventory, and finances in the wireless business model and utilize those skill sets to help existing Franchisees and new Franchisees as well.
