Line Support: Over see 7 Robotic Welder and Crew of 15, Responsibilities: FMLP Inspections are completed, Red Rabbit checks are performed, Checking Quality Alerts Daily and Ensure sign offs, Housekeeping (5S), Ensure the lines are stocked to standards, Ensure all paperwork is completed, Making sure team members are leaving on time for brakes and returning, Making sure team understand the daily production goals, Making sure PM's are done, Ensuring team is properly identifying the parts and placing ID's on the parts, Training and Ensuring that your team members are following our processes such as Kan Ban or Edmit,Filling out production reports every hour and properly logging downtime, Immediately bringing any issues relating injury, harassment or misconduct to the attention of your supervisors.

Load & Unload Bundles of tubes, Change out Dies for different size of tubes, Adjust sensors to tube sizes and replace sensors if went bad , Edit parts with check fixtures and edit parts with use of Allen-Bradley control panels. Do PM 's on benders on a daily bases. Do production data sheets. Trouble shooting . Work closely with Quality Tech to ensure quality parts . Work closely with Engineering to ensure machines are in good running order ans solving problems that the machines have on a daily bases .

Stock Shelves . Assist Customers finding product . Pull live load to floor and removal of back stock and NOP carts /skids to proper areas . Training new employees . Move product with HI-LO,Electric Hand Pallet Jack. Manual Hand Jacks as needed to proper places .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.• Responsible for all mold changes done per the production schedule and all emergency mold changes.• Responsible for the proper set-up of all molds and related functions such as watering of the mold, knockout, hot runner set-up, hydraulics, pneumatics etc.• Set parameters of the molding press to the process verification sheet if applicable.• Repair any fluid or air leaks relating to the mold.• Responsible for the pulling and resetting of all mold halves, specifically for the purpose of mold repair.• Responsible for the loading and unloading of all mold carrying trucks.• Responsible for the installation and removal of all auxiliary equipment from the molding floor.• Maintain the orderly appearance of the mold storage area.• Responsible for the orderly appearance of all mold-setting supplies including the removal of all supplies from the molding machine and immediate area.• Responsible for returning the "Red Book" to the Quality area, at the removal of the mold from the press.• Ensure all paperwork is completed, submitted and filed in a timely manner• Adhere to all company policies and procedures (i.e., quality policy manual, associate handbook, Level II procedures,• Machine Operator, HI-LO , Quality Control
