I am a final year business student at Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Sligo, specialising in human resources (HR). I aim to pursue a career in HR, where I can apply my skills and knowledge to support the development and performance of people and teams.I am also an assistant manager at BoyleSports, where I manage the daily operations of the shop, supervise and train the staff, handle customer queries and complaints, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Additionally, I have gained valuable HR experience from a five-month internship with the Health Service Executive (HSE), where I assisted with the recruitment process for various roles.
