• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle and work with other areas of HR for effective interviewing and on-boarding processes• Provide ongoing guidance and advisory support to hiring managers throughout the end to end recruitment process• Provide market intelligence regarding hiring trends as well as research competitive markets and peer organizations• Build diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging proactive recruitment channels• Build relationship with hiring manager and consult with them to complete a detailed job specification/description• Identify, coordinate and participate in job fairs as needed• Administration of SHL (Verbal, Numerical, Personality Questionnaire’s) and other assessment tools, understand the results and communicate to hiring managers• Active promotion of the Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Skills training and all other recruitment tools. Ensure quality coaching on recruitment methodologies and employer brand as needed• Maintain the E-Recruitment platform. Ensure usage and provide user support. Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy and practices are executed• Provide a leading edge candidate experience• Recruiting utilizing various sourcing method like Job portals & Social Media. • Interacting with candidate, conducting initial screening while understanding their competencies & skill sets as per the requirements of clients. • Involved in setting up the company careers site, assisting in negotiating with service providers, providing feedback on needs of the company, process flow, preparation of training materials, pre-launch testing and providing timely feedback in order to improve employee/employer experience. • Processing and managing daily/ weekly/monthly reports.

•Recruiting Non Manual candidates as per the requirements of the department•Involved in planning manpower requirements•Reporting weekly, monthly progress in management meetings•Dealing with embassies to acquire necessary demand letters necessary to recruit staff from overseas•Creating and organizing a CV databank necessary to meet the manpower demands of the company•Effectively using online portals to advertise, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.•Dealing with agencies (local & overseas) providing requirements and handing out instructions on candidates profile required to fill vacancies.•Negotiating employment packages, terms and condition with potential candidates interviewed and selected to join the organization•Driving the cause to reduce recruitment and mobilisation timeframes •Accountable for the mobilisation and transition of recruited candidates within the organization

•Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures•Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;•Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management; administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff;•Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;•Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels;•Planning and delivering training, including inductions for new staff;•Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
