Fuse is an MSP providing IT services to small businesses in the greater Seattle area. I provide IT Project Management for a variety of different types of initiatives including customer onboarding, server/application migrations, internet services installation, voice services onboarding, email migrations, and many other types of projects within the scope of our services. I am also the HIPAA Security Office for Fuse and not only manage our own compliance activities but consult with our customers on their compliance programs. Certified in ITIL v3 Service Design, I also assist in the design, documentation, transition, and management of services that Fuse provides.

Served in Project Manager role for a number of diverse and overlapping technology projects including IT projects, software development projects, and capital improvement projects. Managed projects from initiation to implementation and operational optimization. Wrote technical project documents including charters, RFP's, Functional Specifications, Quality Plans, Schedules, and Risk assessments. Meticulously tracked project budgets and schedules. Monitored and reported on status of entire IT project portfolio for visibility across the organization. Conducted post project reviews to improve organizational efficiency. Provided technical services including scripting, quality assurance, support, SQL data reporting, and failure mode analysis.

Provided QA services for firm that developed custom business intelligence software. Ensured quality on multiple simultaneous projects, ranging from web development, smart client applications, SharePoint sites, SQL replication technologies, and SQL Reporting Services.

Temporary Contract position with Microsoft providing Tier 3 support for internal mission critical applications. Worked closely with Data Center Operations groups and participated in key product rollouts within Microsoft. Performed troubleshooting and technical support to ensure service availability and performance. Participated with project team in SCRUM meetings to report on systems health and plan for application upgrades. Demonstrated customer service abilities and handled ticket escalations.

Tested Windows update packages for regressions in network printing technologies. Wrote test automation and configured test environments incorporating multiple Windows Active Directory domains and sites, Group Policy Objects, Active Directory OU’s, Roaming Profiles, failover clusters, DNS, and Web servers. I also Administered a group-wide business process in which I was responsible for planning, configuring and managing pre-release hotfix deployments to 200 end users and for providing first tier support. Gathered and presented daily participation statistics to decision makers and drove participation among end users to achieve published goals.
