Focused on device management on Disney Cruise Line ships and private islands, I play multiple critical roles in regards to the creation, implementation, and support of new IoT and RF installations, working with business partners to perform site design, hardware layout, sustainment planning, and installation oversight. I am responsible for building the relationship with our partners as a trusted adviser within Stax by Fattmerchant, to ensure they are enabled for a productive SaaS payment implementation partnership. I act as a growth strategist providing advice and assistance to partners in maximizing opportunities to accelerate the revenue generated from partner channels, leading the onboarding initiative through relationship management. Manage contracts, budget and staff of deployment and software engineers in design, development and ongoing sustainment of cutting-edge FastPass+ RF and iOT Guest Experience hardware and systems installed at Disney for their theme parks, resorts and cruise ships globally. Responsible for contract negotiations, budgeting, invoicing, procurement, supply chain, forecasting, RFP and job-costing on the Disney account. - Project management of several different projects running concurrently on a global basis. - Aligned Synapse in product management with client product owners, with multiple products concurrently. - Responsible for client relationship from staff level on up to SVP / EVP / C-suite personnel, including presentations and communications. - Part of design team responsible for initial and final design (hardware and software) and development and deployment of RFID / BLE and iOT systems and location services for Disney’s Guest Experience Technology systems.

Responsible for deployment and support of all xConnect (My Magic Plus) components at The Walt Disney World Resort. Lead IT audit process for account on SOX, PCI and SAS. Designed, hired and opened the Disney IT Support Center in Dallas, TX. Program manager for LPAD – Lean Process And Development.• Create, develop and implement the Knowledge Management process and procedure on the Disney account that allowed Xerox to comply with strict knowledge management service level agreements by using existing applications and worked with developers to implement content management automation and reporting. • Created, developed, implemented and delivered the Disney IT Support Center Training Program which serves over 90 analysts in 2 helpdesks in Celebration, FL and Lewisville, TX.o As a result of the training program, customer satisfaction increased from 30 percent “excellent” rating to a current 83 percent “excellent” satisfaction rate. • Implemented LPAD that allowed for faster resolution time for customer an average of 72% of time and allowed for a more efficient method of identifying broken or inefficient processes. o This innovative method of deploying technical forces led to dramatic improvements in resolution time, process improvement, and employee development. • Significantly decreased overall call volume by 25% by leading a Top 10 calls project to capture the top calls and implementing a plan to lower the number of inbound calls to the Disney IT Support Center through proactive software automation. • Successfully rebranded the Disney IT Helpdesk to better serve the120,000-plus supported employees. • Standardized iPhone procurement and support across the enterprise

Created, negotiated and implemented the IT support process and procedure across towers on the Disney account. As a member of the main Disney IT Support Center, was responsible for end user internal support and later moved into a role as a Technical Analyst specializing in Disney's ABC Television Network specializing in their broadcast technologies as well as critical broadcast systems support worldwide.
