I currently lead a mission-driven team of digital accessibility and user experience (UX) consultants at Perkins Access. We assist our clients in building user-friendly, and inclusive products and services. Over my career in the UX field, and have been a consultant for some of the world's leading companies, including Facebook, Twitter, Google, eBay, Bank of America and Airbnb. I love working as part of a collaborative team to understand how people use technology in their everyday lives, while looking for opportunities to improve user experiences for everyone, including people with disabilities. Sharing my knowledge and expertise with others, through presentations, publications, and mentoring is something that I most enjoy. I've led teams of UX researchers, accessibility specialists and developers for the past 15 years. I've presented at more than 20 industry conferences in that time.
