The approach yielded exceptional sales funnels in each of four targeted regions (Canada, USA, Australia and Asia). • Recruited key resources to build sales, service and consultant relations capability in Chicago, Boston, Hong Kong and Melbourne. • Worked with each individual investment management team to produce a well-defined, articulate, replicable and demonstrable investment process. Trained Portfolio Managers and Analysts to maximize the presentation impact of their investment management process.
