  What I would typically do as a soccer referee is I would have to do many key complex-detailed decisions with my 3 people-team and led them in:- conducted and evaluated rule violations caused by 22 players active in games. - managed players and coaches during the game, alongside other referees, including calling particular fouls or punishments of players. - developed trust and connection with players and coaches participating in the game. My key achievements are that I have collaborated in hundreds of regular season sports games where I was able to train younger and less experienced referees and took part of over 50% of pre/post-season tournaments available to me and officiated high level leagues such as- MLS Next,- National Premier League,- Super Y,- National League,- State Cup- College showcases.
