Portfolio Manager in Group Program Delivery, managing a team of Program and Project managers with accountability for delivering a $40m p/a portfolio of work to both introduce new revenue streams and transform Customer Experiences through digital and assisted channels.The role also acts a key technology partner for the Customer Experience and Customer Platforms business functions, providing an entry point into Technology, Data and Labs (TDL) and collaborating to prioritise and schedule work.Prior to the Program delivery phase, working closely with senior stakeholders across the group to co-ordinate workshops that recommend areas of investment and produce strategic roadmaps for the Portfolio.Other responsibilities include:Ownership of Program Reporting and Financial Management.Identifying dependencies and change impact across the multiple streams of work.Building a TDL-wide (3000 FTE) supply and demand management tool to aid prioritisation and scheduling.

Portfolio Manager in Corporate Shared Services, responsible for the Technology Strategy, Roadmap and Project Delivery for the Customer Master Data Management and CRM platforms. Initial point of contact for all group initiatives requiring investment or enhancement of these technologies and after taking on the role, was able to transform the delivery capability in the team by complementing a Distributed Agile way of working with better stakeholder management, increased collaboration with other teams and tighter control of scope.
