Utilizing a strong team approach to ensure client needs are met and by integrating customized wellness initiatives and programs, Gary’s mantra is to “improve benefits and reduce costs.” Gary was instrumental in forging the partnership between RJP and the Maryland Association of Community Services (MACS). By serving the MACS member associations for over 15 years, RJP is the preferred employee benefits provider. Gary is recognized for his creative vision and strong support of the MACS members as well as numerous other nonprofit groups.
