I am a passionate property professional with over 27 years of experience in London and surrounding areas specializing in, Acquisitions, Disposals and Property Management of various types.The current situation has enabled me to think long and hard about my next career move and allowed me to question and reflect where I have been happiest in my working life. The conclusion is to hold the full qualification in Property Management. To this end I have done the following.I have recently enrolled myself as an Affiliate member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers. I will be taking the foundation course over the next few weeks. I have decided to train myself fully in this field and it is my intention to become a qualified Member.I have experience in property management; I was involved in running several large section 20 projects in my role as property manager.My role with Aspen Waite, was to get businesses to think in a different way. Because when you do you find unexpected profit. I would work with my clients to look at their business holistically, considering their exposure to other areas of their business such as Research & Development and GDPR compliance.My primary aim is to find the best solutions for clients; I ask them to question if there are other areas of monies in the business they could be missing out on? Then identify ways to generate extra revenue and help the business to expand in a sustainable way. To do this, I use a number of intelligent, bespoke solutions to improve efficiency.My goal is to get the business to the next stage of growth, to find the best solutions for our clients, helping them to make the most of their existing business. To do this we must first understand the business model and building a strong open relationship is paramount.
