Supported and installed all IT systems located in the AWS retail environment - WAN, LAN, Telephony, and Desktop. Oversaw 21 retail locations throughout the northern, central and western regions of Florida. Partnered with national and area IT teams to deploy applications, hardware and complete infrastructure rollouts. Utilized a national trouble ticket system (Remedy) with minimal supervision; responded and resolved end user's challenges with desktop, laptop computers or ancillary equipment within SLA. Interacted with customers and other IS groups to prioritize, resolve, or escalate issues. Coordinated with project managers regarding national projects on a daily basis. Built the Information Infrastructure from the ground up for 12 retail locations - WAN, LAN, Telephony (Avaya Partner Systems), and Desktop. Supported a large call center housing over 1,500 machines with various call center applications; call center desktop support for Windows/Linux machines including installation, troubleshooting, and patching. Provided sole desktop support for over 250 AT&T authorized dealers throughout the State of Florida.
