 Directly managed team of 4 associates and portfolio of 9-12 projects impacting three business lines.  Provided subject matter expertise for the completion of project deliverables, including analysis and development of presention materials and recommendations for improvements. Key contributor to the testing of a new Teller Deposit System, development of training materials and implementation Conversion Guide, and provided implementation support during 20 week rollout of a new Teller Deposit System to more than 14,000 tellers and over 960 banking centers.

 Provided telephone support to associates in 6 states on policies, procedures, products, and applications related to banking center operations.
