Responsible for the Commercial Management of Coral RetailManaging Divisional Operational Efficiency, Operational Finance, Commercial (Procurement & Media/Broadcast Rights), Governance & Controls and Operational Service/Supplier Management.Working closely with Group Purchasing in the negotiation and management of the Services/Supply to Retail, with Finance in supporting the management of the P&L and managing Commercial Projects within the Retail business from an Operational perspective to deliver the Retail Plan.

Responsible for the Commercial Management for the Central Operations Function of Coral UK.Managing Divisional Operational Efficiency, Operational Finance, Commercial (Procurement & Media/Broadcast Rights), Governance & Controls and Service/Supplier Management.Working closely with Group Efficiency in the negotiation and management of the Supply Chain, with Finance in supporting the management of the P&L and Central/Retail Operations, ensuring we operate a cost aware and efficient business.

Working with our Operations, IT, Trading, Retail, Marketing, Broadcasting and Help Desk departments to achieve a best of breed IT systems. Liaising with the customers and staff of our competitors to determine their view on the Coral systems versus that of our competitors. Documenting operational procedures for IT, Retail, Telebet and co.uk regarding the implementation and operation of new systems. Providing feedback to senior management of development progress of systems development.Managing commercial supplier relationships to underpin the service and delivery of projects for Coral.

Primary responsibility, in conjunction with the development team, the design & implementation for requirements for new or enhanced infrastructure to meet industry standards.Identified and implemented in a change control environment infrastructure components where changes were required for business reasons or configurations changes as part of a documented process.Implemented urgent changes where required with the appropriate authorisation and to ensure that major service problems were addressed.Liaising with third-party suppliers and internal business customers at all levels, including Senior Management & Group Executive.Implemented core Retail Infrastructure for Broadcast & EPoS technologies.Aside from my main responsibilities, after being assigned to the BIDS Screen Roll-out, playing a key role in the implementation of the system into the Retail Environment, the Recovery & enablement works and the technical consultancy relating to the installation and management processes.
