I originally began my career at Lofton Label in 1992 as a flexographic press operator where I became a top flight operator on all equipment I was selected to operate. During this period, I became educated from the ground up on the flexographic processes and working and contributing in a team environment. After spending time in production at Lofton Label and other flexographic print houses, I chose to use my skills, industry knowledge and personal traits to enter the Sales process. Selected accomplishments:Exceeded all sales objectives and goals by growing my individual accounts to over $10,000,000.00 in the past 5 years.Awarded Multi-Million Dollar Club Award within a company that has total sales of $18,000,000.00.Consistently increased sales of new customer accounts to top level customers.Successfully managed many major accounts that have had a 97% retention rate over a 9 year period.Provided one-to-one marketing assistance to the Vice President of Sales which assisted in the development of new product lines.Developed and refined a competitive position with many of my customers that went beyond the basic core competencies, which defended my company against competing on price and was a key to preserving margin.

Duties included operating eight-color UV ink press with state of the art technology, mastering the art of color management and quality control. In charge of purchasing and estimating stock and supplies. On project management committee with extensive experience in anilox selection and plate department management. While working with Flexcolor, I was credited with creating a positive work environment for the employees I managed.

Started employment in the foil stamping division and eventually worked into the flexographic division. There I gained extensive knowledge in flexographic printing. I was also fully trained in color management, effective running techniques, precision die cutting, substrates, aniloxs, plates and slitting of finished product.

Duties performed were helping in the operation process, shipping finished product, receiving raw materials with inventory control. Handled incoming and outgoing orders and later promoted to plate mounting division.
