I have lead the ANZ start up of 3 multi-national European based pharmaceutical companies and consulted with several other companies on the establishment of their operations in Australia. I am an adviser to the Pharmachal Healthcare Group, a private Melbourne-based pharmaceutical company with a globally-patented drug delivery system capable of delivering a wide range of small-molecule drugs.I am currently the Country Manager of Orion Pharma Australia & New Zealand and have previously held a number of leadership roles in the healthcare sector including Asia Pacific Regional Marketing Lead (Pain) for Johnson and Johnson. I was recognized within Johnson and Johnson as Asia Pacific Marketer of the Year and was a founding member of the companies Innovation Council with a mission to lead and drive a sustainable culture of innovation. I have over 27 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, the past 10 years as a Managing Director. My recent experiences in manufacturing, OTC/retail pharmacy, prescription medicines and medical devices have allowed me to develop a broad Healthcare skill set and network. Additionally I have held senior leadership roles in the Not For Profit and Local Government sectors.
